In most businesses, Stella is most effective as a greeter for promo awareness. This is especially true for businesses that are already well-staffed by humans (ex. restaurants, spas, salons) where questions will be directed to humans rather than to Stella.
If you have a business with a low amount of staff (gym, laundromat, etc.) and are looking for receptionist functionality, a future update will bring paging capabilities. Stella will be able to page you if a customer needs assistance, and she'll provide a short summary of the situation.
