Stella for Managers is now available on iOS and Android, giving businesses a dedicated way to manage their Stella robot from anywhere.
The app brings the Stella dashboard to mobile, making it easier for operators to stay connected to Stella without being on site. Businesses can review actionable takeaways from customer conversations, see training requests when Stella is asked about information she does not yet have, view a camera feed from the robot, and update Stella as business needs change.
For customer-facing businesses, that means the same visibility and control they already have in the dashboard is now available on a phone. Managers can keep promotions current, respond to recurring customer questions, and make sure Stella has the information she needs to be useful throughout the day.
